Do you want to stream songs or run a playlist with your Teufel box and the Rockster Air just doesn’t turn on? Then, among other things, a reset can solve the problem. We will explain to you how to do this.
If your portable Bluetooth box from Teufel won’t start, you should first check whether the battery is charged. Switch the Rockster Air off once and disconnect the power supply before switching the box back on after a few minutes. If the box is on but no music can be played, you should check the Bluetooth connection.
If the Rockster Air still doesn’t turn on, you can perform a reset:
If you have purchased the Bluetooth box new, you must first connect it to the power supply for twelve hours to charge the battery. Make sure the “Power Mode” switch is set to “Permanent”. Also make sure that the metal brackets on the back of the charging cable are properly seated – these can sometimes slip.
If the device can no longer be switched on, you should contact Teufel customer service. You have a guarantee of up to 2 years on your speaker should there be a defect.
