Who is Chandan Kumar?
Chandan has graduated in Electronics and Communication from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. After this he worked in many companies including Samsung Electronics, Intel in Malaysia and Israel, Silicon Service SRL in Romania and Nokia Bell Labs in Shanghai. He held senior positions in these companies. In December 2020, Chandan established Suresh Chips and Semiconductor Private Limited in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Chandan has written in the email that he went to almost every government office with his problem. Made rounds of leaders, but got no help from anywhere. He wrote that he is asked for money in return for his work. He wrote that it seems to be difficult to do business in Bihar.

After this post of Chandan went viral, the reply of Muzaffarpur district administration came. It is written in it that the construction of the road to his office will be started after Dussehra. The district administration has written on its X account, ‘Under the Chief Minister Area Development Scheme, administrative approval has already been given for the construction work of the said road in the financial year 2024-25. The construction work of the said road will be started immediately after Dussehra. After this post Chandan thanked the district administration.
