The crimes he will respond to are attempts to abolish the Democratic Rule of Law; coup d’etat; qualified damage; deterioration of listed heritage; and armed criminal association.

Nunes Marques voted to convict only two of the five crimes recommended by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), while Luís Roberto Barroso defended the conviction for four crimes.
