A woman named Aarti who lived in Jhansi village in Rajasthan’s Mathura district went missing 7 years ago. But Aarthi’s parents alleged that her lover Sonu Saini had married her and killed her.
Following their complaint to the police, the police arrested Sonu and his friend Gopal Singh in 2015 and put them in jail.

To prove it, I went to that village saying that I had come to buy a camel as a vegetable seller. At this stage, I recognized Aarti and confirmed it.
When I told about this at the Meghndipur police station, they refused to help me saying that we want Aarti’s identity. It’s been 2 years since I got the identity card.
After that, the police started the investigation, he said. Acting on the information given by the officials of Meghndipur Police Station, the Uttar Pradesh Police conducted a raid at Aarti’s house and found her.
She has been living with her husband Bhagwan Singh Rebari. When Arathi’s parents were contacted, it was revealed that the murder case was fake. Aarti was found to be alive.
It is revealed that Aarthi has been in touch with her parents all these days and was well aware that both Sonu and Gopal were jailed for her murder. Aarti has been subjected to a genetic test and the police are actively investigating.
Sonu’s father died of shock due to his arrest. Sonu has spent up to Rs 20 lakh on litigation expenses and has become a debtor. Sonu has expressed his anguish that he has lost everything.
