The future rules of the game for supplementary pensions are becoming clearer. On Friday, the unions and employers managing the supplementary scheme for private sector employees, Agirc-Arrco, debated an increase in pensions in line with inflation from November and the rules for revaluation for the future.
Since the beginning of September, the social partners have been debating the operating rules of Agirc-Arrco for the years 2023-2026. The main issue in this negotiation, which is supposed to end this Wednesday, is to draw the consequences of the postponement of the legal retirement age.
