Tata Motors Surprises with Announcement of Petrol/Diesel Tata Ciara Model

In a surprising turn of events, Tata Motors has announced that the much-anticipated Tata Ciara will not only be launched as an electric car but also as a petrol/diesel model. The Tata Ciara, which has been showcased at two Auto Expo events, has garnered attention from car enthusiasts and is expected to go on sale in 2025. The electric version of the Ciara is said to have two variants with single and dual motor, and a range of 500 km on a single full charge.

The petrol powered Tata Ciara is expected to be equipped with a 1.5-litre DGTI petrol engine and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine, producing 280 Nm of torque. Additionally, it is reported that the petrol engine will be mated to a 6-speed manual and TCD gearbox.

The Tata Ciara is slated to compete with popular models such as the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, and Kia Seltos, featuring advanced gen 2 Sigma architecture.

It is also reported that Central government has recently warned Facebook and YouTube to control Deepfake porn.

In another surprising development, Airtel users have been offered free access to Netflix.
