Organized under the theme “The new generation of social protection establishments: towards innovative and inclusive learning”, in partnership with the Provincial Directorate of National Mutual Aid and the Taza Social Protection Complex Foundation, this two-day training benefited the presidents of associations, the financial managers of social protection centers and the educators who work there.
This initiative, which is part of the strategic orientations of the third phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), contributes to efforts to boost human capital and qualify associations and management staff of establishments. of social protection of the province of Taza to support the rehabilitation and equipment program for the new generation Dar Talib.
The head of the social action division in the province of Taza, Azzedine Ouakili, underlined, in a statement to MAP, the importance of this training as an essential lever in the qualification of human resources by providing them with theoretical and practical training capable of helping them to successfully carry out the tasks assigned to them.
Mr. Ouakili added that this training constitutes an important platform for the exchange of experiences and expertise and the improvement of the managerial and professional skills of the beneficiaries, which will help to give a strong impetus to INDH projects in as a creative and innovative royal project that emphasizes and places the human element at the center of priorities.
This training program, which was developed according to criteria adapted to the needs of target groups, highlights the importance of training and skills building, in order to achieve sustainable development and to motivate staff and stakeholders in the Taza province, he argued.
