In January-October this year, entrepreneurs were provided with benefits worth more than 2.9 billion manats through the customs authorities of Azerbaijan.
According to Day.Az, this was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee Natig Shirinov in a panel discussion at the customs business forum in Baku.
“Last year, for the first time, more than six billion manats were provided to the state budget through state customs authorities. For this year, our forecast is 6.435 billion manats.
Currently, our 11-month forecast has been fulfilled and the budget has received just over six billion manats. The forecast was exceeded by 151 million manats. The volume of benefits provided through customs authorities last year amounted to 2.3 billion manat.
Already in 10 months of this year, benefits worth more than 2.9 billion manats have been provided. This is an indicator of positive support for business entities in this direction,” said N. Shirinov.
