The opposition won and managed to postpone the transfer of the budget of the Holon municipality for two weeks and rejected the proposal to add the sanctuaries.
The Judicial Council explained that if the budget was not approved it would mean that the budget would be divided into 1 parts 12 and the meaning in the end

The city treasurer clarified for his part that the non-approval of the sanctuaries is a halt to many projects in the city and asked to confirm this decision.
Finally, it was agreed that the budget would be transferred by two weeks, and the proposal to approve the sanctuaries fell through.
The Holon Municipality reported:
Tonight, the members of the city council rejected by a majority of 15 to 11 the proposal for the 2022 plan for development and construction in the amount of approximately NIS 250 million. Meaning: Dramatic impairment of the municipality’s ability to carry out infrastructure works such as accessibility and roads, canalization and construction of public and educational institutions such as the compound of 8 kindergartens on Fichman Street, 4 kindergartens in Kiryat Rabin East, Neot Shoshanim kindergarten, school renovations and more.
Moti Sasson: “I am disappointed with the vote of some of the council members, who despite the explanations of the city treasurer and the professional staff about the great importance of approving the city development permit for the needs of the residents, they chose to oppose it.”
Meanwhile, Mayor Moti Sasson complied with the request of members of the opposition and agreed to postpone the vote on the regular budget proposal for 2022 in order to allow them more time to study it.

We got to the budget meeting after two weeks where we went through section by section to allow budgets for things that the public demanded.
More than two months ago, the city council approved a decision to run a class program for each child, which was not reflected in the budget he sought to transfer to the mayor.
The budget submitted by the mayor for council approval is irresponsible and against the law.
We have found the funding needed to run the program as well as other important programs for residents, and we will work to get them through at the next budget meeting.
