Today, Saturday, the Al-Siniya District Directorate in Salah al-Din Governorate revealed a package of projects in the water, electricity, education and health sectors.
The district director, Ali Saadoun, explained in a special statement to the (INA), “After the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, the Siniya district was included with new strategic projects,” noting, “Among these projects is a water project with a capacity of one thousand cubic meters within the unified Baiji project.” With a capacity of five thousand cubic meters, this project is still in the study and planning phase.”
He pointed out, “There is also a project to rehabilitate the Al-Siniya district electricity network and is still awaiting approval from the Ministry of Planning, as well as a project to rehabilitate the new Al-Siniya water project, as well as a project to rehabilitate the internal network of the Al-Farabi and Al-Muthanna neighborhoods.”
He explained, “A number of projects in the district were submitted to the Reconstruction Fund, including the project to establish a vocational industry preparatory, establish a court building, establish public parks, and establish a hospital with a capacity of 20 beds, in addition to rebuilding schools in the Al-Asriyah neighborhood, rebuilding the health center, the police station, and the schools in the Al-Asriyah neighborhood.” He stressed that “these projects are awaiting implementation.”
He pointed out, “There are projects that are still under construction, including the National Card Building in the district,” noting that, “There are lagging projects, including Al-Farouk Second School and Al-Farouk Kindergarten in the Siniya district, and two building projects for the fire and agricultural departments, the police station, and the Siniya Public Park.”
