A World War II hand grenade with explosives has been found in the garden of a house in East Devon, England.
A 9-year-old boy, who is interested in searching for bones buried in the soil, found a grenade while digging a small hole in his garden to look for bones.
The boy’s mother informed the local police, who were called in to investigate the bomb disposal squad. At that time, as the grenade was found to contain explosives, the soldiers safely disposed of the grenade and took it to another area and defused it.
