The Governor of Anbar, Muhammad Nouri Al-Dulaimi, confirmed today, Saturday, the readiness of the local government to provide all the requirements for the success of the population census in the governorate, indicating that the census data is considered an important step for developing sustainable development plans in the future.
Al-Dulaimi said during a press conference attended by the (INA) correspondent: “A meeting was held in the presence of the concerned authorities to discuss the final preparations for the general population census and the readiness of work cadres.”
He added, “The curfew procedures and the role of the governorate departments in providing the best conditions to ensure the success of the population census process were also discussed.”
Al-Dulaimi called on “the people in the governorate to cooperate by adhering to the curfew, staying in homes, receiving census teams, and providing them with correct and accurate data,” noting that “the data is an important step for developing sustainable development plans in the future.”
