Shakib Khan’s movies mean bang. Every year Eid sees Shakib Khan’s movies reigning. Now Shakib Khan starrer ‘Rajkumar’ will rule the maximum number of theaters in the country.
A source said, except for 10-15 theaters in the country, almost all cinema halls will run Shakib Khan’s ‘Rajkumar’. Apart from that, Arshad Adnan, the producer of the movie confirmed that it will be released outside the country at the same time.
Ahead of the release of the movie, the songs titled ‘Rajkumar’, ‘Barbad’ and ‘Ami Ekai Rajkumar’ have already been released. The songs have been appreciated by the audience.
Arshad Adnan, the leader and producer of the production company Versatile Media, said, ‘The members of the Censor Board were overwhelmed after seeing the film.’
On April 4, I got the clearance from the Censor Board for the movie ‘Rajkumar’. The Censor Board appreciated the movie after watching it. A member called me and told me that I could not hold back my tears after watching the movie. What movie did you make! Such movies have not been seen before in Bangladesh. Everyone praised.’ Arshad Adnan said.
Arshad Adnan replied to the question of how many theaters the movie will play on Eid, ‘We have already booked all the big halls. It is natural that we will book our big movies at good prices. We can release the movie at a good price. No movie in Bangladesh has been booked before at such a price. Selectively giving movies in good halls.’
About a dozen movies are in the process of release on the occasion of Eid. But above all, ‘Rajkumar’ directed by Himel Ashraf is at the center of discussion. Shakib’s heroine in the movie is American Courtney Coffey. It is said that the movie will be released in most theaters across the country under the banner of Versatile Media.
‘Rajkumar’ will be released not only in Bangladesh but also in different countries of the world including USA, London, Middle East, Canada, India. The movie has been shot in Pabna, Dhaka, Narayanganj, Manikganj, Sajek and New York in the country.
