The Russian subsidiary of the American manufacturer of servers and data storage systems (SDS) Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Hewlett Packard Enterprise LLC (HPE) filed an appeal against the decision of the capital’s arbitration court to pay 1.4 billion rubles. Russian distributor of computer equipment OCS Distrubution – OCS Center LLC. The notice of the complaint was posted in the Arbitration Case File (CAD) on September 5.
Hewlett-Packard split into HP Inc. in 2015. and HPE. HP Inc. produces PCs, laptops and printers, while HPE sold cloud solutions and servers. HPE has decided to completely withdraw from Russia and Belarus in June 2022.
