The teams of Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia will participate in the tournament with two teams (A, B), Algeria with two teams (A, B), and Tunisia, the host, with two teams (A, B).
The draw placed the Iraqi team in the third group with the teams of Tunisia (A) and Algeria (B), and it lost to Algeria (B) by one goal, with a score of 28-29 goals. It also lost to Tunisia (A), with a score of 11-29 goals.
