The Israeli army said in a statement: “Over the past 24 hours, its forces carried out intensive operations against fighters’ infrastructure in southern Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah members.” It claimed that “the forces were able to eliminate 50 militants through direct clashes and air strikes.” And “destroying more than 200 targets” using artillery and aircraft.

The Israeli army statement said: “During the operations, the forces discovered underground tunnel openings and dozens of locations where weapons were stored, including rocket launchers, mortar shells, and anti-tank missiles that were directed towards the northern towns and forces in the area,” noting. He noted that “combat equipment, weapons and ammunition belonging to Hezbollah members were found.”

In the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army announced that it separated the northern Gaza Strip from Gaza City through the control of vehicles and the cover of drones.

The media reported that the army “placed dirt barriers on the main streets between Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, and blew up dozens of homes in the Jabalia camp with explosive robots.”

The sources confirmed that “the Israeli operation continues for the eighth day in the northern Gaza Strip,” adding that “it is isolating tens of thousands of remaining families in the areas of Jabalia and the northern Gaza Strip.”

The sources spoke of “a large number of bodies that were not recovered from the northern areas of the Gaza Strip due to the targeting of medical teams and ambulances.”
