The Land Registry in Serres has been completed

Four new Kallikratiki⁢ Municipalities, o Municipality of Amphipolifrom Municipality of Visaltiafrom Municipality Emmanuel ‌Pope and the Municipality of Nea Zichni ‌ of Central Macedonia Region, ‌in from⁤ Monday 9 December 2024 ⁣ in ​the⁣ operation of the Land ⁣Registry,⁢ after the completion of‍ the land registration process (Government Gazette_ 6654⁣ _Β_9.12.2024).

With these four municipalities included in the ‍Serres ​Regional Unit, ie 322.579 property and 392,133 right ​ come under the operational ⁤regime of the Land Registry.

In detail,the operation of the Land Registry includes:

  • Municipality of Amphipoli

  • Municipality of Visaltia‌

  • Emmanuel Pappa Municipality: a) Emmanuel Pappa Municipal Unit,b) Strymonas Municipal Unit (Local communities of Valtotopi,mesokomi,Monovrysi,Neos Skopos,Paralimni,Pethelin and Psychiko)

  • Nea Zichni

Things citizens and professionals should know:

  • Applications for the⁤ registration of notarial acts‍ (accept acts ‌of a) distribution,b) exchange,c) modifications of horizontal and vertical properties containing more than one KAEK and d) establishing a condominium for ⁤sale) submitted ⁤for registration by notaries and persons natural and⁤ legal,it is indeed only done digitally.

  • Deeds drawn up or handled by lawyers and related​ to the termination of collaterals and registration of advance notice are done digitally only.

  • Applications and accompanying documents for the registration of deeds which are documents drawn up or circulated by⁢ bailiffs and⁢ which provide ‍a preliminary legal procedure for service are submitted digitally only.

  • Submission of requests for out-of-court corrections, ​such as‌ requests for the correction of manifest ‌errors and requests in article 6 ⁤par. 4‍ of Law 2664/1998, presented by Lawyers, Notaries, ⁤Court Administrators, and by natural and‍ legal persons digitally only.

  • Requests for the issuance of ‌certificates/copies (eg a copy of the cadastral sheet, ⁢etc.) are submitted and received‌ only digitally (7/24).

  • The protocol is exclusively electronic.

  • Capital​ marks are removed on certificates and​ applications.

  • Payments must⁤ be made electronically or via POS.

  • refunds of overpayments are filed ‍electronically.

  • The hours open for on-site research on the books and records held by​ the Branch are ‌uniform and extended to the whole country, from 08:30 to 13:30.

  • The goal of the Hellenic Land Registry is to modernize the services provided by the Offices and​ Branches of the Land Registry and the innovative and digital conversion of their operations, contributing to the provision of upgraded services to all citizens and professionals.
