In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations recalled what the misused pyrotechnics could turn out to be for the population. Fire on the windows will cost a pretty penny at best. The fine for individuals will be up to 1.5 thousand rubles. And this is only if there are no victims and no serious consequences.
The amount of the fine will increase significantly if the EMERCOM inspectors record the launch of firecrackers in the region where the conditions of a special fire-prevention regime are in effect – up to 5 thousand rubles. If the company has officials, then up to 40 thousand rubles. Well, a corporate party in a company will cost 400 thousand rubles for legal entities. These figures were announced by Rinat Yenikeev, Director of the Department for Supervision and Preventive Work of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. According to him, if a fire breaks out due to pyrotechnics, responsibility can go up to criminal responsibility.
“This year, the country will host 20,000 New Year events, including Christmas trees. Each of them will be checked by inspectors of the State Fire Supervision Service. Firecrackers must be launched according to the instructions attached to them. Children cannot blow up fireworks on their own. Every year, about 400 minors die in fires.
