The Ministry of Labor of Russia does not plan to do permanent practice with long May holidays. The head of the department Anton Kotyakov told the journalists about it.

“No,” Mr. Kotyakov replied to the question whether the ministry plans to continue the practice of continuous May holidays (quoted by RIA Novosti).

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on non-working days from 1 to 10 May this year. The decision was made to fight the coronavirus. The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova said that if measures against COVID-19 are observed, the situation will not worsen after the holidays.
