A woman who was voted “the most beautiful policewoman in the world” by her fans on social media has spoken about her turbulent career as a crime fighter and claimed it was a “great honour” to serve and protect her country.
Diana Ramirez from Colombia, a police officer by profession, patrols the streets of Medellin, which was once considered the most dangerous city in the world. According to her, she would never give up her favorite job just to become a model or a network influencer.

In an interview with a local newspaper, she said: “If I had the opportunity to choose a profession again, I would not hesitate and choose again and again to be a police officer. Thanks to this institution, I am who I am now.” She continued: “I owe everything to the police who made me the professional and brave woman that I am.” Ramirez, revealed interesting details about her work, and explained how she captures wanted criminals alongside managing her Instagram account which has about 300 thousand followers – where she often posts photos and videos of herself in uniform.
The brave policewoman was nominated for the title of “Most Successful Network Influencer in the Military and Police Category” at the Instafest Awards, which aims to honor professionals who create digital content that goes viral. “It is a great honor for me to represent the police in this nomination. I am happy that I have the opportunity to present my work and dedication, as a person who works every day and contributes to the betterment of the country.”
For each of Ramirez’s photos, hundreds of comments from men expressing their admiration for her. There were also some who claimed that it was not only the officer’s good looks that made her so attractive, but also the fact that she was willing to sacrifice her life to protect the citizens of the country.
