Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Education announced the opening of two new schools in Saladin Governorate, as part of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement.
The Ministry stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “The General Directorate of Education in Salah al-Din witnessed the opening of two new schools with a capacity of 18 classrooms, within the international standards agreed upon between Iraq and China for the construction of schools, totaling 78, in the presence of the Director General of Education.” Sultan Saeed Fadel, Director of Relations in the General Secretariat, Haider Majeed, in addition to a group of government department officials in the governorate and department directors, who praised the speed and accuracy of the achievement.”
She pointed out that “the engineering staff continues to work on a daily basis until the completion of all educational sites under the Chinese project and according to the specified time limit, in an initiative aimed at eliminating overcrowding within the classrooms and providing an appropriate environment suitable for the Iraqi student.”
