(Web Desk) An interesting conversation took place during the hearing of the bail application of Ishaq, the accused in the murder case, in the Supreme Court.
In the court, Justice Athar Minullah said that the case is pending in the Supreme Court since 2017 and the state is busy bringing down and bringing the government, all the institutions are behind the political opponents.
Justice Athar Minullah said that if the constitution had been followed, there would not have been such situations, this institution also speaks the truth as much as our society, after 40 years, the murder of the elected Prime Minister was admitted.
He said that what can be a greater crime than killing the Prime Minister? Someone should have been held responsible and punished.
During the hearing, Justice Jamal Mandukhel said what to talk about the state? 3 prime ministers were killed, what happened to the cases of the three prime ministers? One of the most senior judges was also killed in Balochistan, nothing is known.
Justice Jamal Mandukhel said that the main thing is not wanting to do anything, compared to the other 2 provinces, the police investigation in Sindh and Punjab is very poor, as long as the state institutions are engaged in political engineering, the situation will remain the same.
He said that people do not believe in institutions, people want the Supreme Court to do all the work.
In the court, Justice Malik Shahzad said that in a country where the Prime Minister is in such a situation, what will happen to the common man? One day the Prime Minister is in the Prime Minister’s House and the next day he is in jail.
Justice Malik Shahzad said that no one knows who has to remain the prime minister for how many days.
Later, the Supreme Court ordered the police to arrest the accused Ishaq and hand him over to the jail authorities.
Accused Ishaq had earlier escaped after getting bail.
