The Social Chamber of the TSJ of Catalonia has granted, for the first time, additional compensation to the legal one of 33 days per year of service in a case of unfair dismissal.
The Chamber had already exposed in some other case, the possibility of granting this compensation, but until now, it had always been denied for lack of proof of damages in previous cases.
