On October 22, at the Ilham Aliyev Olympic Sports Complex, the winners of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic futsal tournament among employees of government institutions, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Autonomous Republic, were determined.
According to İdman.biz, teams representing the ministries of finance and agriculture met in the final match.
The Ministry of Finance won the tournament with a score of 7:4. The team from the Ministry of Agriculture took second place.
In the match for third place, teams from the Ministries of Internal Affairs (MVD) and Justice met. The MIA team won with a score of 4:0.
After the final match, the teams that finished the tournament in the top three, distinguished players, coaches and referees were awarded. The awards were presented by the Acting Minister of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Mejid Seyidov, the President of the Azerbaijan Futsal Federation (FFA), as well as the Nakhchivan Football Federation (NFF) Zaur Akhundov, the Minister of Finance Hasan Ismayilov, the Acting Minister of Agriculture, Deputy Minister Khayala Dadashova, representative Cabinet of Ministers Hasan Kerimov and Secretary General of the Nakhchivan Football Federation Ragif Abbasov.
It should be noted that 17 teams took part in the tournament, organized jointly by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, FFA and NFF.
