Located in the eponymous shopping center in Bihorel, near Rouen, it burned down in four hours, on the night of Thursday to last Friday, under the eyes of its helpless manager. “Working there fourteen hours a day, six days a week, Frédéric barely managed to free up 1,800 euros a month.says his wife, Sylvie.
