The contract considers conventional penalties of 5% of the amount of the service for every 30 minutes of failures, which will be applied in the event of errors in the internet, audio or video network on the amount corresponding to services not provided in a timely manner.
The internet access service was priced by the company in 189 thousand 750 pesoswhile the rental of screens is 3,680 pesos for each day of rental.
The president of the INE, Guadalupe Taddei, said that it would be unacceptable for any type of error to occur in the logistics of the second debate, since the prestige of the organization was at stake.
The INE indicated that “because there were interruptions in the service during the course of the debate, it began investigations to determine responsibilities and take appropriate actions”.
