Raúl N and José N were sentenced to more than 100 years for their responsibility penal in the kidnapping crimes to the detriment of two people, carrying a firearm for the exclusive use of the Armed forces and against health in the form of simple possession of marijuana.
The sentence was handed down after the joint work of the Attorney General’s Offices of the Republic (FGR), through the Specialized in matters of Organized crime (FEMDO), in coordination with that of the State of Mexico.
According to the FGR, in 2015 those now sentenced deprived the freedom of the victims in Nezahualcoyotl, State of Mexico.
That same year they were arrested with marijuana and two firearms by federal agents in Chimalhuacan, in that same entity.
They were then imprisoned in the Federal Center of Social Rehabilitation number four, in Tepic, Nayarit. The Federal Public Ministry provided the evidence for the Fifth District Court of Mexico to give said sentence.
