Anupama climbed the ladder of achievement by erasing the wounds of bitter experiences she had to endure due to being overweight through hard work. Anupa lost 10 kg of weight through regular exercise. She was the third runner-up in the 2021 Mrs. Kerala pageant and the winner of the Mrs. Indian Icon title. Two titles in a month, his own place in the modeling industry, and a successful entrepreneur. Weight gain crises

When I came to work in Kochi after BTech, I felt the need to lose weight and started working out. The confidence gained when leaning is immense. Confidence increased more than body shaming was avoided. I felt the need to strive for the desires that were within. It was on the strength of that confidence that I got down to modeling.
Teasing
Crisis came from family, friends and locals. As Kasaragod is a rural area, entering the modeling field was not accepted by many with an open mind. The fashion show was all about wearing a bikini. They were not ready to understand anything beyond that. ‘You’ re not going to be anything, it’s going to be over in a few days’. As the area is not very developed, not even a single heel can be bought to compete. When going to a fashion show, there were often situations where you could not make the necessary preparations.
To the crown of victory
The first show is the Lifestyle Top Icon. Reached the last five in that match. She later became a finalist at the Lulu Beauty Fest. Title winner of the 2020 Mrs. Women of the Year competition. Then this year Mrs. will come to Kerala. Third runner up. Less than a month later, Mrs. Indian Icon became the title winner.
After Kovid started, the matches were gone. Not doing anything on the show for a year led to weight gain. After the arrival of Mrs. Kerala Date, she lost 70 kg by working out without rest. To higher heights after marriage
