In the third case, it is a man who has not yet been identified, who was also dragged by the current in the streets of the municipality of Guadalupe, who is presumed to have died from drowning.
In addition, authorities report more than 120 floods in homes, more than 230 stranded cars, at least nine fallen trees, more than 25 short circuits and four cable falls.
Faced with these eventualities, the Civil Protection authorities of Nuevo León announced that they implemented a series of road closures in different risk points in the metropolitan area, in order to prevent the population from putting their lives at risk.
