(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 24 – The next meeting of the Council of Ministers should be held on Tuesday afternoon, and not tomorrow as initially hypothesized. Meanwhile, the pre-Council, the preparatory technical meeting of the CDM, will be convened tomorrow morning at ten o’clock. On the table are new measures on child custody, a new simplification bill and some legislative decrees on justice which could also concern the introduction of a psycho-aptitude test for magistrates. The simplification bill contains some new features ranging from vaccines and blood tests that can be done in pharmacies, to the stop at diploma factories, the halving of the years to declare presumed death and the possibility of intervening more simply on restricted properties. The text is presented by the Minister of Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo. The measure is part of the broader simplification plan which aims to introduce 200 simplifications by 2024 and 600 overall by 2026. (ANSA).
