Uber made available this Monday (13) Uber Resolve, its service that allows you to request extra activities related to shipping, such as picking up orders in store or collecting signatures. At the moment, the modality is only available in Curitiba, Paraná.
With the “Shipments” tool in the application, users will be able to request the shipment and collection of items by car or motorcycle with a duration of one to four hours.

How to use:
- After opening the Uber application, click on the “Shipping” tab;
- Select “Shipping by period”;
- Include the time you need, pick-up address and destination(s). It is also possible to modify and add stops during the trip.
Requests are limited in time and mileage. If the trip exceeds the contracted amount, the user will be charged for the excess. If the trip lasts less than the stated amount, the amount charged will remain the same.
In a statement, Uber said some tasks involving payments or transactions — such as withdrawing money from the bank — will not be allowed.

The City of São Paulo announced the launch of a new platform for individual passenger transport, MobizapSP, which arrives as an alternative to apps such as Uber and 99, administered by public management through the Municipal Secretariat for Mobility and Transit (SMT).
According to the City Hall, “MobizapSP is an urban mobility application that aims to improve the conditions of accessibility and urban mobility for citizens, focusing on ease, efficiency, safety and fair price, in addition to delivering a higher remuneration to partner drivers.”
