Under the patronage of the Prime Minister, the Supreme Council for Youth launches the Ambassadors Programme

Today, Saturday, the Supreme Youth Council launched the Youth Ambassadors Programme, under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani.
The Prime Minister’s Advisor, Qasim Al-Zalimi, delivered a speech by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, during the launch of the Youth Ambassadors Programme, and was attended by the (INA) correspondent: “Our feeling is mixed with joy and pride as we see this large, responsible gathering of young people in all Iraqi provinces, and they are They stand eager to take on their community and service role to support the government in implementing its national governmental program.”
He added: “We stand today to launch a very important project, the first of its kind in Iraq, which is the (Youth) Ambassadors Programme, and the lofty meanings it carries and great moral responsibilities that will make youth the link between the official and society, and we look forward to achieving the overall goals of this program with your determination, and what You will offer it with high dedication, similar to the energies, talents and great sacrifices that the Iraqi youth have made in the process of building the Iraqi state.”
He continued: “It is an appropriate opportunity to work with youth in true partnership, during a government whose concepts are based on the presence of youth as a creative energy, a societal majority, and a light that illuminates the path to building the state. The government has translated this interest into working on a real vision and sequential steps that began with a national program for Iraqis, which is the Youth Dialogue Conference.” Which resulted in the establishment of the Supreme Council for Youth, which is the first council of its kind, as it is chaired by the Prime Minister and includes in its membership 7 ministers related to youth aspirations and the Youth Affairs Advisory in the Prime Minister’s Office, and it is related to this important segment.”
He continued by saying: “During this government, we have obtained dozens of decisions and exceptions that advance youth development in various fields, especially the private work sector, for which financial sums and administrative procedures have been allocated to support it, and more than one employment initiative in the private sector, which began with the (Riyada) program and will not stop there.” Because we believe that young people should be at the forefront and given room to determine their priorities.”
He continued: “We are now about to launch two platforms. The first will make young people a watchdog over services and suspicions of corruption, which is (Eye of Youth), and the other will receive all their ideas and suggestions in the youth ideas bank to move towards a prosperous, advanced Iraq. With the blessing of God Almighty, we are launching today the Youth Ambassadors Program.” Throughout Iraq.”
In turn, the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Ali Hassoun, said in his speech: “We welcome you to this forum in which we celebrate the selection of youth ambassadors, and through it we announce the launch of this great national youth volunteer program, concluding the screening and selection phase in which approximately (27) committees participated.” It includes (150) young people and more at the level of (18) governorates to sort and select (5,000) young people out of (34,000) advanced young people, in a phase that lasted for approximately (4) months during which we were keen to select the youth energies and qualitative elements to be the leaders of this generation and building elements. Hassoun added: “We extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, for the absolute support and direct parental care for this program in particular and the youth programs in general. We also extend our sincere thanks to all the brothers who participated with us in the screening and selection process over the course of (4) months and the preparation for this.” Al Mahfal,” concluding by saying: “Congratulations to all our young people who were chosen in the Youth Ambassadors Program, wishing them success and prosperity and progress and prosperity for our beloved country.”
