Oil counts its exports and revenues for the month of February »

Today, Monday, the Ministry of Oil announced the preliminary statistics for the quantities of crude oil exported and the revenues generated for the month of February, while indicating an increase in financial revenues of more than (5) billion dollars.

The ministry’s media office said in a statement received by the (INA): “The total exports and revenues achieved for the month of February, according to the preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), are as follows: The amount of crude oil exports reached (82) million.” 877 (757) thousand barrels, with revenues amounting to (5) billion (26) thousand (807) dollars.”
He added, “The total quantities of crude oil exported for the month of February from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to (79) million and (105) thousand and (329) barrels, while from the Kirkuk fields through the port of Ceyhan, the quantities exported amounted to (3).” Millions and (772) thousand and (428) barrels.”
The office added that “the average daily exports reached two million (960) thousand barrels, while the average price of one barrel reached (60.33) dollars.”
It is noteworthy that the Ministry, through its belief in informing the people about export operations and the revenues generated from them, took this monthly measure.
