Jaffna District Disaster Management Division Assistant Director RN Suriyarajah said that 37 persons belonging to about 14 families have been affected by the continuing inclement weather in Jaffna District.
RN Suriyaraja also said that 5 houses were partially damaged due to inclement weather.
According to RN Suriyarajah, further details regarding the damage will be collected through the Divisional Secretariat and forwarded to the Colombo Disaster Management Center.
