Aviation from the international coalition led by the United States violated Syrian airspace in the al-Tanf area 13 times in 24 hours.
As Day.Az reports with reference to TASS, this was announced by the deputy head of the Russian Center for the reconciliation of warring parties in the Syrian Arab Republic, captain 1st rank Oleg Ignasyuk.
“In the Al-Tanf area, 13 violations by coalition aviation of the rules for using the airspace of the Syrian Arab Republic were recorded per day: three pairs of F-15 fighters, a pair of Rafale fighters, a pair of A-10 attack aircraft (twice) and an MQ- reconnaissance and attack unmanned aerial vehicle 9,” he said.
In addition, the coalition recorded four cases of violation of the provisions of the deconfliction protocols of December 9, 2019, related to flights of unmanned aerial vehicles that were not coordinated with the Russian side.
Ignasyuk also added that over the past 24 hours in the Idlib de-escalation zone, eight shellings of positions of Syrian government troops were recorded from the terrorist groups Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic Party of Turkistan: in the province of Idlib – seven shellings, in the province of Latakia – one shelling.
