Several rockets fell near the building of the US Consulate General in the city of Erbil in northern Iraq. Local authorities said no one was hurt, reports Reuters. The building of the Kurdistan 24 TV channel, located next to the Consulate General, was damaged.
Videos of the shooting have been posted on social media.
Initially, the media reported on the suspension of the Erbil airport. However, the airport administration denies this, reports Shafaq News.
