The Role: Supporting Executive Management
The Executive Assistant will be a crucial support system for members of the Executive Management Group (EMG), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and preparedness for key responsibilities. The position requires a flexible work arrangement, with employees expected to be in the office four days per week. Relocation assistance is not currently available for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The role encompasses a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks. Core duties include managing schedules and calendars,handling email correspondence,routing calls,and maintaining accurate record retention. A key aspect of the position is the ability to collaborate with EMG members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities also extend to preparing presentations, drafting internal communications, and managing confidential details.
Further responsibilities include:
- Maintaining awareness of internal communications and platforms, proactively disseminating reminders for crucial deadlines.
- coordinating meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up action item management.
- Prioritizing team culture by facilitating employee 1:1 meetings,staff gatherings,and other connection points.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and team budgets.
- Maintaining office supplies and filing systems, generating reports as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma and at least four years of directly related experience providing administrative support to executives or leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Publisher) is essential, along with advanced skills in spreadsheets, data retrieval, and word processing.
Demonstrated experience with calendar management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment is also required. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively,both orally and in writing,is paramount.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $63,590 to $114,450, commensurate with experience and market data.
