“Very happy to generate expectations and enthusiasm”

Luis de la FuenteSpanish soccer coach, has said that the dressing room he directs is “very happy to generate expectations and enthusiasm” for next year, in which the main objective is Euro 2024a tournament in which they must “live up to the challenge” by competing with the best teams on the continent.

“We are very happy to generate that expectation and that illusion, that people are excited again, but we have to be humble to know that we have to continue improving and give a little more of ourselves every day,” he confessed.

“You have to be able to be at the height of the Eurocup because we are going to be the best teams in Europe. It will be won or it will not be won. That depends on the details, but as far as we can control, rest assured, we are going to do it,” he concluded.
