Hardik Pandya was dismissed by the 3rd umpire in a controversial manner. As it became clear in the video, fans went wild.

The New Zealand team has come to India and is playing the ODI series for the first time. The first ODI between India and New Zealand is being played at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. Both Gill and Rohit Sharma were the openers.

Rohit Sharma, who gave a great start, unfortunately lost the game after scoring 34 runs off 38 balls. Virat Kohli lost the game for 8 runs and Ishan Kishan for 5 runs. Suryakumar Yadav, who came in next, formed a good partnership for a while and was dismissed for 31 runs.

At the other end, Subman Gill, who was an anchor and played a half-century, completed his third century in ODI cricket.

Hardik Pandya, who came in next, was playing in partnership with Gill. Daryl Mitchell bowled the 39th over of the match. Faced with it, Hardik Pandya went towards the keeper to try and miss. At that moment it was as if the ball did not hit the stumps. But as the bails on the stumps fell down, the field umpire got confused and asked the 3rd umpire for the decision.

On a two-over replay, the ball went past the stumps to the keeper. At that point it was revealed that Klaus had literally hit the bails and fell down. Therefore, New Zealand players are too tired to field as if they are not out.

Then, the 3rd umpire declared “Out”. It was a surprise to the New Zealand players. Angrily, Hardik Pandya walked towards the pavilion. As soon as the video of the incident surfaced on the internet, the 3rd umpire’s callous decision has been heavily criticized.
