Every year, Voglauer Möbelwerke honors dedicated employees for their long loyalty to the company and their dedication in a celebratory setting.
The average length of service at Voglauer Möbelwerke is 36 years. Managing Director Peter Grünwald and representatives of the shareholder families Gschwandtner, Zwilling and Spannberger honored 35 employees at a specially organized gala on 11 October. There are also eleven pensioners who took well-deserved retirement last year.
“It is very important for us that your spouse or life partner takes part, because they make the annual employee gala a special event,” explains managing director Peter Grünwald. Voglauer attaches great importance to apprenticeship training, with particularly strong support for apprenticeships leading to Matura. At the employees’ gala, the apprentices were also ceremonially brought before the curtain for their successful completion of training.
“Reliable, committed and flexible employees are indispensable, especially in times of change. Their many years of experience, professional expertise and commitment contribute greatly to the company’s success,” explained Grünwald. AK President Peter Eder and guild master Rupert Thurner provided the official, celebratory setting for the event.
