‘AC Service Partner Conference-2024’ was held at Walton Headquarters with the commitment to further enhance customer satisfaction by improving and speeding up the after sales service. It announced the launch of life insurance for AC service experts across the country. Walton is the first in Bangladesh to introduce life insurance for AC service experts. Under this, if the service experts die due to accidents or physical damage or natural death, the affected family will get financial benefits ranging from one and a half to three lakh taka.
Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC Managing Director (MD) SM Mahbubul Alam inaugurated the conference by blowing balloons at Walton Headquarters in Chandra, Gazipur on Sunday (March 3) morning.

In the ‘AC Service Partner Conference 2024’, Walton Hi-Tech MD SM Mahbubul Alam gave important directions to increase customer satisfaction by improving and accelerating the quality of AC after-sales service. In the event, he unveiled Bangladesh’s first BSTI six-star energy rated Invertonics series light commercial AC along with South Asia’s most energy-efficient new model residential AC.
Addressing the service representatives present at the conference, MD SM Mahbubul Alam of Walton said that Walton Service Center is the only ISO certified service center in the country. Those of you involved in after-sales service are also members of the Walton family. Protecting the life and health of every member of the Walton family is extremely important to us. Hence AC service representatives are also covered under Walton’s life insurance benefits from today. Besides, health and hygienic officers will be present at every service center in the country from today to ensure health protection of after sales service providers. Apart from this, health care centers are being opened in the service centers. Through this, service representatives will get special benefits in receiving medical services at local hospitals and diagnostic centers.
