Al-Marsad Newspaper: The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Muhammad Al-Abdali, announced that seasonal flu activity during these days may be stronger than the past two years.
And he said during a live broadcast: During these days, the activity of seasonal influenza is stronger than in the past two years, and intensive care is full of many because of it, and by 80%, the vaccine prevents severe symptoms.
He added: The Kingdom is witnessing an increase in seasonal influenza cases that may lead to death, and we have noticed an increasing number of emergency cases due to infection, and we recommend not to be exposed to rain and cold currents, and to wear masks when infected.
