The long career of Gonzalo Higuain, one of the most prominent strikers in the last decade in the world, officially ended tonight (between Monday and Tuesday). Higuain and his Inter Miami team were eliminated from the MLS playoffs in a 3:0 loss to New York City in the round of 16.
