However, the ongoing protests by employees highlight the working conditions of the start-up that was only founded during the pandemic. We spoke to Sven Ripsas, Professor of Entrepreneurship at the HWR Berlin, about employee rights in young companies – and what lessons he draws from the Gorillas case.
