BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said to actively participate in the political program after talking to the BNP High Command and seeing the overall political situation of the country.
He said this while talking to reporters after returning home on Saturday (March 23) night after treatment in Singapore.
Earlier on Saturday evening, Mirza Fakhrul along with his wife Rahat Ara Begum landed at Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) International Airport on a Bangladesh Biman flight. Leaders and activists congratulated Mirza Fakhrul at the airport. Mirza Fakhrul said that he is now physically healthy.
Meanwhile, BNP media cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan said that the general secretary’s health is much better now. After going to Singapore, he consulted specialist doctors in two hospitals there. He underwent several experiments there. The doctors said that there is no cause for concern in these tests.
Mirza Fakhrul went to Singapore on March 4 for health check-up and follow-up treatment. BNP Secretary General is scheduled to participate in the iftar organized by BNP in honor of diplomats at Hotel Westin in Gulshan on Sunday (March 24).
