She died in Mexico City, admitted to a hospital when she was 64 years old.

According to the Mayo Clinic medical portal, the causes of pulmonary thrombosis are when a clot obstructs an artery in the lungs, which prevents the correct pumping of blood to this organ of the respiratory system.

Sometimes the clot can generate in an extremity, mainly the legs, and travel through the bloodstream until it is located in the pulmonary arteries and creates a blockage.

Unfortunately, the symptoms of a pulmonary thromboembolism are sharp chest pains, fainting, cough accompanied by blood, shortness of breath and a feeling of not being able to breathe properly, fever and pain in some extremity. It is recommended that if you experience one or more symptoms, you urgently see a medical specialist since thrombosis has a high mortality rate.
