Neeraj Chopra, who is taking a break after the Olympics, has said that he has put on a bit of weight during his retirement and that his restrictions on diet and exercise have eased. Also, he has said that he will return to the training ground again.

Talking about this, he said, “After the Olympics, I lost control over my diet and exercise and gained weight. So now I have started to correct this and be in control. Apart from that, once I start training, everything will be fine. Then there will be no regrets about eating unhealthy food.” He also said, “Whatever I eat out of control, my coach will give me the appropriate training during the next day’s training. Only if you keep yourself in proper control can you play as well as you want on the field.”
