EXCLUSIVE – We sifted through the “training” section of the CVs of the 200 leaders under 40 called to play leading roles in the French economy.
What path should you follow to have the greatest chance of becoming a promising leader before the age of 40? The 200 2023 winners of the ranking produced by the Choiseul Institute were selected for their influence, their potential and their commitment to the French economy. In their thirties or close to thirty, they occupy decision-making positions in administration, finance, research and even tech. What paths did they follow to access these responsibilities? Like last year, we went through their CVs and identified no less than 200 different establishments. We then ranked these schools and universities according to the number of former students achieving the most notable professional careers, those who are moving the lines in their respective sectors. This overview of training courses allows us to understand those which are most in line with current economic realities.
