British justice on Thursday validated the ban on entry into the territory of this Chinese citizen, described as a “confidant” of Prince Andrew, suspecting him of being engaged in “secret and deceptive activities” on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party. This 50-year-old man, until then identified in the media as “H6”, had his anonymity lifted by the court on Monday.
“Due to numerous speculations and misinformation in the media and elsewhere, I have asked my legal team to reveal my identity,” Tengbo Yang said, denouncing the procedure he underwent as “unfair.”
The Immigration Appeals Board ruled on Thursday that he was in a position to “create relationships between senior Chinese officials and British figures that could be exploited for political interference by the Chinese state.”
