There isn’t an answer. While waiting to find out, rightly Donato De Caprio and his partner Steven Basalari they invest the large revenues deriving from the queues of cheering customers who gather outside their two stores and who order from the delivery platforms.
After the shop in Pignasecca in Naples and the one in Piazza Diaz in Milan, it was inevitable that we would do the hat trick with an opening in Rome. These places will never be the destination for passionate gastronomes and those obsessed with the most sought-after raw materials, but they are still evidence of entrepreneurial ability that should not be overlooked and of Italian companies that demonstrate their ability to grow and scale in an organized manner: it is not trivial .
With Mollica or Without in Rome: the official preview address
The new Con Mollica o Senza in Rome will be right in the centre, as in the other two cities: we are between the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, therefore in the most touristy area of the city. Inside a space that was presumably an old bar as can be seen from the preview images that the two entrepreneurs released on social media. It remains to be seen whether tables and stools will also remain given the small size of the place, unlike Milan and Naples, in fact the first Con Crumb or Without Roman will be quite small. However, there will be four workstations to avoid generating excessive queues (which however are a bit of the spice of this sign) and a laboratory “for the production of our creams” explains Donato in the social video which announced the opening without revealing the address.
